Most unpredictable post on tie-dye-eyes of all time? Yep, probably. After eating about four tins of quality street over Christmas and my love for a bit of sugar, I've decided it's time I should probably exercise. With my scoliosis, I can't do much, even running is advised against, (oh no, what a shame ;)) but I'm going to try to do some bits, even if it's just getting back into the swing of yoga.

And we all know that nothing motivates you to work out more than some nice new sportswear, don't we? I'm a bit of a sportswear novice (could you tell?) but I'm already really impressed with these Nike pieces from JD and Millets. The leggings are super warm and they're all so comfortable, I actually didn't want to take them off. What is happening?! Stay tuned to see if I actually get out of this onesie I'm currently wearing and make it to the beach to do some exercise...
