how to style over the knee boots casual and night out

When I first got these boots, I wondered how I could style over the knee boots without looking like a hooker. I mean if that's the look you're going for, go ahead, throw on some pvc and fishnets - that would actually look amazing - but I was scheming up ways of wearing thigh high boots for tonnes of different occasions. Here we have some casual looks, cosy looks and even looks to wear on a night out. Party season and all that jazz.

I think the trick is not to have too much skin on show - again, you can dress however the hell you want to, but this is general advice - these boots are perfect for the colder months paired with big cosy jumpers and fluffy coats. Chunky oversized polonecks have been a bit of a streetstyle hit with these over the knee boots, but don't forget about the seventies route, too. These boots were made for flares, they have just the right platform and make you feel like you're going to a disco, just in casual clothing. Faux fur and bell sleeves can also take you down the hippie-esque road which you all know I love. Or if it's a more formal occassion, see how much this duster jacket smartens up these boots? I look like a #GIRLBOSS and I love it. That's the thing about over the knee boots, they can be scary to look at and style, but when you style them right, damn do they feel powerful.

p.s. do you guys prefer this size font or the smaller one I used to use? Everyone who feeds back gets a gold star!

Good vibes guys

I so cannot pull these off though. My poor old tree trunk legs would look hilarious in a bad way in this sort of boot. :(
