Hey guys, sorry I didn't post over the weekend as I usually do. On Sunday I had my giveaway post all written out but technical difficulties got in the way. Le sob. As that's getting fixed, hopefully quickly, I have an outfit post to show you all. This is where the title comes from; on Saturday I visited the UCLan open day where I'm looking into studying fashion promotion, then I visited my aunty for a cup of tea and finally headed into town to see Michael McIntyre! It was definitely worth the wait considering we had the tickets for like 2 years. Seeing as it was such a busy day I didn't have much time to switch between outfits, so I planned a 'day to night look' based around my favourite jacket featured here and my favourite skirt featured here.

Pictures were mainly taken on my phone or my friends' dying camera, sorry for the fuzziness!

DAY:

jacket pull&bear
T-shirt H&M Mens
rosary beads gift
skirt primark (old)
tights and shoes primark
bag TK Maxx

NIGHT:

jacket, T-shirt and tights, same as above
skirt H&M
belt primark
ankle boots ASOS
cross earrings primark
cross ring topshop
clear clutch (actually a toiletry bag!) ebay
nails olivia - navy and miss sporty sparkle

So all I did to take this outfit from day to night was change the pleated skirt for a pencil skirt, cinch in the waist, add some rose gold jewellery, sparkle on the nails and wack on some heels! I did get some funny looks regarding the toiletry bag clear clutch but I love it because it's so weird. What do you think? Have any of you tried out this 'mini trend' yet?
